Please use the calendar and tariff table on this page to check availability and pricing. The standard booking period is a weekly stay arriving on a Saturday and departing the following Saturday. If you want to make a non-standard booking, please do get in touch.

Terms & Conditions
- Prices are per week and vary slightly throughout the year. Current pricing on Tarrifs page. A non-returnable deposit of £50 is requested at the time of booking with the remainder due four weeks before you are due to start your holiday.
- Prices are based on Saturday to Saturday. Prices exclude coal and electricity. Please take an electricity reading when you arrive and leave, then leave the monies in the kitchen. The form and instructions on how to do this are on the breakfast bar.
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
- Pets are welcome only by arrangement. Please ensure you vacuum the house when leaving if you have a pet with you. Do not put poo bags directly in the outside bin. Please double bag them and include them the bin bag. Or put them in bins provided in the village. Please try to minimise the use of the garden as a dog toilet and remove any poo immediately.
- NO SMOKING in the house or garden.
- Please clean the oven if you have used it, thank you.
- The rubbish bin is collected every three weeks. Please do not overfill the bin. There are recycling facilities in the car park opposite the Church of Scotland.
