Near to Tarbert
From the East Pier in the village you can make the 20-minute ferry journey across Loch Fyne to Portavadie on the Cowal Peninsula.
The islands of Arran, Gigha and Islay all have ferry terminals a short bus or car journey from the village. North of Tarbert takes you to Mid-Argyll where the Picts established their foothold in Scotland. |
